Compliance in English
As a member of the network, you gain access to a unique community where you can strengthen your skills, gain insight into best practices, and navigate a complex regulatory world with the support of your network colleagues.
If you work with compliance, you will surely recognize the experience that while the financial sector is constantly changing, the compliance function is expected to be stringent and consistent.

The first network meeting will be held on the 7th of January in Copenhagen. Sign up here.
Here we will gather around a professional presentation, and together with a network consultant from Finansforbundet, network facilitator Tue Jagtfelt will articulate the ambition and the benefits of being a network member.
The network group will be meeting 5 times in 2026
- 7th of January
- 25th of March
The remaining meeting dates will be announced shortly.
Finansforbundet’s networks are creative communities
As a network member of the group, you can expect a confidential forum, where the focus is both on gaining deeper knowledge in your professional field and creating a space for sharing professional challenges and experiences.
This requires that you as a member are active and engaged in the network meetings and contribute to the discussions and exchange of experience. You should be willing to share your knowledge, experiences and resources with the rest of the group – for example good advice, solving problems, recommending resources or offering support.
Furthermore, a positive network environment is created by treating each other with respect, being attentive, welcoming, and considering different viewpoints and perspectives.
To foster valuable relationships and confidentiality, most network groups have a maximum of 20 members. That gives better opportunities to build trust and confidence among members, and creates a safe space where members dare to share experiences, challenges and ideas openly.
