Finansforbundet, in collaboration with KMP+ House of Mentoring, offers an exclusive opportunity for members in leadership positions with direct reports.

With this mentoring programme, you will have a confidential space to discuss leadership, business, personal and professional development, as well as the challenges and opportunities you face as a leader.
Your mentor will share stories from their own leadership career, provide feedback on your themes, help you see new and different opportunities for development in your leadership journey, and offer advice on how to best handle your challenges and opportunities.
You will gain:

Kick-off
We will hold a kick-off on 28th of January in Copenhagen. At the kick-off, you will meet other mentees, and together you will receive an introduction to Modern Mentoring, the programme itself, and the online toolbox – and we will reveal your mentor match.
At the kick-off, you will also have the opportunity to try out the mentor role and explore "The Many Roles of a Mentor," giving you insight into how mentors operate in their role.
Online toolbox
Approximately two weeks before the kick-off, you will gain access to an online toolbox – the Mentor+Universe™ – with information on how to best prepare for the kick-off and your first meeting with your mentor. Here you will also find recommendations regarding meeting agendas, meeting documentation, and tools to ensure your learning in the mentoring partnership.
6-8 meetings with your mentor
Over the course of the 12-month mentoring programme, each mentor/mentee pair will have at least 6 meetings, with an optimal number of 8 meetings.
About the facilitator
KMP+ House of Mentoring has a network of trained and certified Executive Business Mentors, all of whom are Danish, have extensive leadership experience, and come from a wide range of industries.
The Executive Business Mentor network has existed since 2012, and all mentors are carefully selected based on their leadership experience and their ability to develop talent and achieve strong business results.
KMP+ House of Mentoring provides continuous support to mentors, holding online meetings to ensure the quality of the mentoring programme and to support the mentors in their role. Learn more https://kmpplus.com/en/
Payment
The invoice will be sent on 1st of December. If you would like the invoice to be issued to your employer, please inform us either during registration or by sending an email to the address below.
If you tried to pay during registration and the payment failed, you are still registered and will receive an invoice as described above.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 9 December. After this date, the participation fee will not be refunded, and any invoice will be due.
