New company collective agreement ratified by the members

With a resounding yes of 92.4% of the votes cast, the members of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank have just approved the new company collective agreement here in Danske Bank.

This means that you now have have a new company collective agreement valid from 1 April 2023.

”I am very pleased with the big and clear yes to the company collective agreement here in Danske Bank. It means a lot with a strong support from those who will be using the company collective agreement and gives us a good mandate for the coming years' work – both for us at Finansforbundet i Danske Bank and the bank ”, says Chairman of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank, Kirsten Ebbe Brich.

The agreement is effective for two years.

7.5% voted against, and 0.1% cast a blank vote.

During the negotiations, Finansforbundet i Danske Bank met a counterpart, who also were transparent and solution-oriented.

”We have – and had during the negotiations – a common interest in Danske Bank being a good place to work with good terms and opportunities for skills development and well-being. That I would like to acknowledge the bank for ”, says Kirsten Ebbe Brich and elaborates:

”I would also like to thank the many members who have voted and committed themselves to the collective bargaining process and asked questions along the way. It is wonderful and a great driving force for us and our work to feel your great interest in the company collective agreement”.

A total of 62.5% chose to cast their vote.
