Employed under the company collective agreement? Your salary has increased

If you are employed under the company collective agreement here in Danske Bank, you may have noticed that your salary have increased during the summer.

As part of the company collective negotiating process in the spring, it was agreed that all employees on the company collective agreement would increase their salary by 2.4% in on 1 July 2025.

If your salary is paid in advance, you could see the increase in the salary you received at the end of June. If you are paid in arrears, you would have to wait an extra month to see the salary increase.

Your salary will also increase in both 2026 and 2027, both years by 2.5% at 1 July.

For you on an individual contract

If you are employed on an individual contact, you are not covered by the automatic salary increases through the collective agreement and are obliged to negotiate your salary yourself.
