You, me and the future – Come to Annual General Meeting in Copenhagen on 21 March 2025

Would you like to help set the direction for the future? And at the same time experience an evening filled with debate, community and fun? Then mark your calendar on Friday 21 March 2025 and join the Annual General Meeting at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, Ørestad.

We have set the stage for a very special evening with a focus on presence, involvement and debate at eye level. It will be a unique opportunity to discuss the topics that really matter to you as a member – and to us all as a community.

Programme

  • 18.00-21.30: Annual General Meeting with delicious dinner served during the meeting
  • From 21.30: Bingo with prizes and an energetic end with Silent Disco

You can choose between different music channels in your headphones - or network and have fun with colleagues.

Theme: You, me and the future
The theme of the evening is about the things that really occupy you. What topics should we focus on? What is important to you, your colleagues and your working life? You can already share your ideas and input with us here (this link only works from a Nordea device).

Accommodation for those most in need
If you live far from Copenhagen, we offer accommodation at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers or the nearby AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen.

  • Do you live outside The Capital Region of Denmark or live at Bornholm? Then you have priority for rooms until 21 January.
  • Do you live in The Capital Region of Denmark? Booking opens 22 January.

The deadline for booking is 31 January. We reserve the right to report sold out before the deadline.

Transport
We cover the cheapest public transport, and we encourage carpooling if you are driving by car.

Vegetarian, vegan or allergic? Contact Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers directly on lsk@cpcopenhagentowers.com and write 'Diets Finansforbundet i Nordea' in the subject line.

Language and accessibility
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Danish, but we are investigating the possibility of interpretation into English depending on needs. If you would like the Annual General Meeting to be interpreted, please register no later than 31 January. It will be possible to vote in Danish as well as English.

The email confirming your registration will be sent to the email address you have specified as preferred in Finansforbundet's membership system. You can correct it here.

Important dates

  • 22 January: Booking of hotel rooms opens for members living in the Capital Region (excluding Bornholm)
  • 31 January: Deadline for registration with accommodation and request for English interpretation
  • 6 February: Deadline for submitting proposals or standing for election
  • 20 February: Final agenda, accounts and candidates are published on finansforbundet.dk/FiN-AGM2025
  • 6 March: Deadline for registration with the right to vote
  • 21 March: Annual General Meeting
