"The AGM is still one of Finansforbundet in Nordea's largest member gatherings in Nordea, but in the past year we have significantly increased the number of other physical and virtual events and meetings where we are in contact and dialogue with many members," says president Dorrit Brandt.
It is a wish of the members to have the opportunity to choose between participating physically or virtually at the AGM.

“It has many benefits for colleagues, who get greater flexibility by being able to participate in the way that suits them best, and we thus believe that the new set-up can make it attractive for more and new groups of members to participate, ”explains vice president Mette Balck Mejlby.

Finansforbundet in Nordea still wants a strong democratic foundation and the opportunity to be in dialogue, physically as well as virtually, in a set-up that includes many members. It requires planning, resources and finances.

2-year AGM periods will free up resources to be able to prioritize other member-oriented activities and ensure that we more often are in dialogue with our members and at the same time relevant. This must also be seen in relation to the fact that in the summer of 2021 the secretariat was reduced by one employee.

You can now see the total material for the AGM - i.e. agenda, amendments to the statutes and annual accounts - for the AGM on 25 March at the Danish language website finansforbundet.dk/gf2022 (scroll down). You can find more info in English at the website finansforbundet.dk/agm2022. On this website you can also read about the opportunities to participate.

You sign up here. The registration deadline is 10 March. You can choose between participating physically at Scandic Sluseholmen or virtually (at the workplace with your colleagues or from home). The deadline for signing up with overnight stay at Scandic Sluseholmen is now overdue.
