Pay tribute to your super colleague with a pat on the back (the Skulderklappet prize)
We must remember to acknowledge each other - also in a busy everyday life. Sometimes we can miss having an opportunity, but it comes now: Finansforbundet in Nordea is looking for nominations for the traditional Skulderklappet prize ('pat on the back'), which we are now awarding for the 33rd time
In January, we celebrated Jesper, Kim, Maria, Mette, Morten and Stinna - will it be YOUR close colleague next time?
Tell us why your colleague should be among the six members who receive a prize of DKK 5,000.
Last year, we received a total of 102 nominations, so it takes something special to win. But don't worry: All nominated colleagues are celebrated locally with breakfast or something else together with their team.
You must be at least two colleagues who are behind the nomination, but you can be many more (e.g. a team). You can only nominate colleagues working in Denmark. Only colleagues who are members of Finansforbundet in Nordea are eligible for the Skulderklap prizes.

The form for nominations is in both Danish and English (choose preferred language at the first page).
On 9 December, we will announce the names of the six winning members.
On 10 January 2025, Finansforbundet in Nordea’s board will hand over the prizes to the six winners.
