Reduce your working hours per week or get more days off
Flexible senior part-time employment
Employees who are 60 or older are entitled to a 20 per cent reduction in working hours. You may choose either to have your weekly working hours reduced or to convert the working hour reduction into days off. This is to be agreed between the employee and the management, taking both parties into consideration.
In practice, it means that you are able to plan your days off with more flexibility than previously.
For example, you may buy days off by paying:
- 0.38% of your annual salary for one day off
- 1.92% of your annual salary for one week off
If you choose to benefit from the scheme, you will at the same time retain your employer's full pension contribution as well as your own.
