Five candidates will run for the four seats as board members when members are invited to Finansforbundet in Nordea's Annual General Meeting on 21 March
On Friday 21 March at 6-9.30 p.m., it is time for Finansforbundet in Nordea’s Annual General Meeting.
During the 3½ hour, the meeting will get far and wide. The Board will tell about the past year and the members will be invited to discuss it and give input on what to focus on what should be focused on the coming year based on what is important to you, your colleagues and your working life. Feel free to submit suggestions for topics here (this link only works from a Nordea device).
Contested elections for the board
This year, there is a contested elections for the board; five candidates run for the four seats. On the other hand, there is uncontested elections to become president - Kasper Skovgaard Pedersen is running for re-election.
Regarding deputies, two candidates run for the three deputy positions, but one of the nominees is also running as a board member. At the AGM, the members will elect who becomes the 1st and 2nd deputy. There are uncontested elections for the positions as auditor and deputy auditor.
All names below are sorted alphabetically by first name.

- Frederik Cramer (new candidate, running for the board as well)

- Joan Hangaard Pedersen (re-running)

You can still register for the Annual General Meeting itself. The deadline for registering with the right to vote is 6 March.

The deadline for registering with overnight accommodation was 31 January. We are happy to announce that everyone who has requested accommodation before the deadline has got it.

They have been elected to Finansforbundet in Nordea today
Board members Ole Lund Jensen, Louise Have Lund and Louise Naur were elected to the board in 2024 for a two-year term and are thus not up for election this year. Katja Larsen was also elected in 2024, but from March this year she has got a new job as Deputy Branch Manager at Nordea Kalundborg.
Kasper Skovgaard Pedersen was elected president last year and is running for re-election.
Board members Mette Balck Mejlby (Vice president), Mona Svan and Natascha Bødker Feodor Nielsen were elected in March 2023 and Jeppe Lermark Pieszak become board member in October 2023. All four of them are up for election and are running for re-election.
Deputies are elected for one year at a time. Last year, Marianne Bjørn Winther was elected as an deputy, and she will become ordinary board member in March this year. Her mandate term will last until 2026.
As auditor, Jens Kjær was elected in 2023, and he is re-running. Bettina Tuladhar Holmfred was elected in 2024 for a two-year term. Joan Hangaard Pedersen was elected as deputy auditor in 2024 and will be re-running this year.
